Scheduled Work Orders

To open the Scheduled Work Orders screen, click the IntelliTech link on the Service list of the Product Support Quick Links screen.

The Scheduled Work Orders screen allows you to view scheduled work orders and log onto active work orders.

Note:  Work Orders with a Status of Active will not be included in the search results listed on this screen.

The following search fields appear on the Scheduled Work Orders screen:

Field Description
Select Technician Search for scheduled work orders by entering a technician number.
Based on First Segment If selected the search is based on the technician assigned to the first work order segment only.
For example, if selected the search will only return work orders where the technician is assigned to the first segment. If the checkbox is left blank, the search will return work order segment that the technician is assigned to.

The following fields appear on the Scheduled Work Orders screen:

Field Description
Order # The work order number (including segment number if the Based on First Segment check box is left unselected).
(Not Labeled) Priority Code

The priority code for the work order/ segment, which defines the order in which each work order/ segment should be completed.

Note:  For more information about Priority Codes, see the Segments help topic.

Note:  This field will not appear when using the Technician Service Scheduling screen.

Log On

The following states indicate whether or not the technician is:

On: Logged on to (working on) the work order segment.

Yes: Can be logged on to the work order segment by clicking the hyperlink.

Blank: Cannot change the work order segment because it is using MobileTech.

If the Log On information is hyperlinked, you will be able to access additional screens.


Customer Name Displays the customer's name and also lists a bit of the Description field from the work order segment in the row underneath.
Machine The unit that is being serviced. The unit's Make, Model, and Year codes are listed in the row underneath.
Scheduled Start Date

The date on which the service for the selected segment is scheduled to start.

Estimated Completion The estimated completion date of the work order segment.
Estimated/Job Code Hours The estimated or job code labor hours needed to complete the work order segment.
Hours Worked The actual amount of hours worked to date on this segment.
Difference The difference between estimated hours and hours worked.

Click on a work order number from the Order field to open the Work Order Details screen.

Click on the Yes link on the Log On field to log onto a work order.

Click on a customer name from the Customer Name field to open the Customer Profile screen.

Click the View time card link to view the selected technician's time card, which displays a detailed view of the technician's hours worked on any given day.

Click on the Log on to a work order not assigned to you link to log onto a work order not assigned to you.

Click on the MobileTech Dispatch Route link to open Google Maps and plot the MobileTech work orders (a maximum of 25 unique work order addresses will be plotted).

Note:  At least 1 work order must be a MobileTech type in order for the MobileTech dispatch route link to appear.
