Select Print Parameters

The Select Print Parameters screen allows you to setup printing parameters before creating the corresponding report.

The Select Print Parameters screen also allows you to set the sort options for a check run or check run preliminary before printing.

The following fields appear on the Select Print Parameters screens:

Field	Description
Printer	Select the printer that will print the report(s).
or PDF	Creates a PDF file of the report, which can be viewed via the PDF Viewer.

The following fields appear on the Printing Details section of the Select Print Parameters screen when accessed through the Parts Profile screen:

Field	Description
Label Type	Select whether to print a Part label or a label for the Bin Location of the part.
Select Quantity	Select the number of labels to produce.

The following fields appear only on the Select Print Parameters screen when accessed through either the Parts Profile, Customer Profile, or Vendor Profile screens:

Field	Description
Bar Code	Includes a bar code on the parts label.
Part Number	Includes the part number on the parts label.
Description	Includes a brief description of the part on the parts label.
Price	Includes the part's price on the parts label.
Bin Location	Includes the part's bin location on the parts label.
Add Vendor Information on Top Line	Includes addition vendor's information line (vendor's number and phone number) at the top of the label. Note:   This parameter will appear only when accessing the Select Print Parameters screen through the Vendor Profile screen.

The following fields appear on the Select Print Parameters screen access through the Check Run screen:

Field	Description
Sort By	Select whether to sort the check run by either Vendor Number or Vendor Name.

The following buttons allow you to complete your work on the Select Print Parameters screens:

Button	Function
Print	Prints the selected report based on the parameters selected.
Close	Closes the Select Printer screen without running the report and returns to the previous screen.

The following button allows you to complete your work on the Select Print Parameters screen when accessed through the Check Run screen:

Button	Function
Run Report	Runs the report from the previous screen.
