Using the IntelliDealer Online Help

The system help is built directly into IntelliDealer and is available to every user through the Support menu or as a link on each screen.

Product Support Help via Service Connect

Click the Service Connect icon, located in the top right, for support case escalations:


Service Connect

Service Connect is a feature that allows dealers to connect directly to a specialized interface that provides technical assistance and a number of relevant articles pertaining to everything you need to know about IntelliDealer.

Online Help Documentation

Click the Help icon, located in the top right of the screen or pop-up modal, to access screen-specific help on all IntelliDealer screens.

IntelliDealer Help is updated with new information as each PPU and Service Pack update for IntelliDealer is loaded on to your system. For a list of the latest changes, see the Revision History.

Finding Information in the Help Window

The help window consists of a Table of Contents, Index, Search, Glossary, and the right hand pane which displays the Help Topic.

Data Source

The top of the page may include the Data Source for that screen of IntelliDealer. You can easily get a current sample of the Data Source file using the Print File Descriptions utility.
