To access these security switches, from anywhere in IntelliDealer, navigate to Administration > Settings > Security and click the Systems tab. Then click 994 for WebAdmin.

Access System Settings

Gives the user access to the Administration > Settings > System screen.

Activating this switch also gives the user access to the Maintenance Mode and Whitelisted Users & Groups options that are enabled from the Administration > Settings > IntelliDealer Settings screen.

Access Maintain Users Profile Gives the user access to the Administration > Settings > User Profiles screen.
Access Maintain Users Security Gives the user access to the User Groups - Work With User Groups, Systems - Work With System Access, Field - Work With Field Level Security, and Data Miner Security tabs on the Administration > Settings > Security screen.
Access Maintain Languages Gives the user access to the Text Variables, Field Names, and Image Variables screens on Administration > Settings.
Access Maintain Custom Screens Gives the user access to the Custom Screen Fields and the Screen Selection screens through the Administration > Settings > Custom Screens screen.
Access Utilities Gives the user access to the Copy Customer Portal Sequencing and Configure Printer Files screen through the Administration > Settings > Utilities screen.
Access Check For Updates Gives the user access to the Attention screen through the Check For Updates link in the Support drop down list.
Access Mass Change Salesperson Gives the user access to the Mass Change Salesperson screen through the Administration > Settings > Utilities screen.
Access Maintain News Gives the user access to the News screen through the Administration > Settings > Utilities screen, and then clicking the Maintain News link.
Access GL Copy

Gives the user access to the Copy G/L Accounts option on the Administration > Settings > Utilities screen, allowing them to copy the general ledger accounts from one company to another.

The Copy G/L Accounts screen is password protected; if you do not have access, contact your system administrator or IntelliDealer support.

Access MyDealer Settings

Gives the user access to the MyDealer Settings, Customized Links and Customized Settings screens which, in turn, allows them to configure the appearance of the MyDealer application and the links that are accessible from within it.

To use MyDealer, you must be licensed for feature number 7001. For customers to use MyDealer, you must first create user profiles for their respective contacts.

Access Used Evaluation Deletion Gives the user access to the ability to remove evaluation and inspection steps including all child records and submissions.
Access Required Restarts

Gives the user the ability to restart all required restarts. Restarts shows anything that is incomplete or in an unfinished state, such as open tickets, work orders, or checks.

Access Batch Jobs Gives the user the ability to use the Job Scheduler utility.
Access Targit Menu

Gives the user access to Targit Business Intelligence and Analytics in the Quick Links section of IntelliDealer, if enabled. Contact your IntelliDealer representative for details.

Access Email Log Gives the user access to the email log.
Access System Notifications Gives the user access to System Notifications.
Access Full Database Reorganize Gives the user the ability to run a full database reorganize.
